SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Once your order is accepted, the delivery timeline will begin. Our warehouse processes and dispatches shipments within two business days (Monday to Friday). The prices of products are inclusive of taxes.

We offer online store credit or exchange for items returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached. If an item has been worn, it will be sent back to you, and no credit will be issued. Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue online store credit via email, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you requested an exchange for any item(s), the replacement order will be processed and shipped once your return has been received and inspected. Exchange orders are not eligible for returns or online store credit. Once an exchange is initiated, it is final.
